Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Local Wrangler, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you accept on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind it.
What Local Wrangler is
Local Wrangler is a lead-tracking and revenue-attribution platform. It helps businesses see where their leads come from by tracking website visits, forms, calls, and chats, and by connecting that activity to the traffic source that produced it. Features and integrations may be added, changed, or removed over time.
Accounts and organizations
You need an account to use Local Wrangler. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Data in Local Wrangler belongs to an organization, not to a single user. An organization can have multiple members with different roles, such as owner, admin, and member. Owners and admins control who can join and what each member can do. You must only invite people who are authorized to access your organization's data.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service.
Plans, billing, and renewals
Local Wrangler offers paid plans, including a Starter plan and an Agency plan, billed monthly or annually. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the plan fee, plus any applicable taxes, to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until the balance is settled.
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
Free access through Service Scalers
If your organization is a Service Scalers client, you may use Local Wrangler at no separate charge for as long as that relationship is active, because the cost is covered for you.
If that relationship ends, you keep all of your data and history. To keep using Local Wrangler after that point, you will need a paid Local Wrangler plan. We will not delete your lead or tracking data simply because a Service Scalers connection is removed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Track people on websites or properties you do not own or have permission to track.
- Collect sensitive personal data through the tracker beyond what your own forms and lawful basis allow.
- Attempt to breach security, probe or scan the service, or interfere with its normal operation.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or copy the service except as allowed by these terms or the law.
- Upload malicious code, spam, or content that is unlawful or harmful.
- Exceed reasonable usage in a way that degrades the service for others.
Your responsibilities for tracking
You are responsible for how you deploy the tracking snippet and for what you collect with it. That includes posting any privacy notice your jurisdiction requires, obtaining consent where the law requires it, and honoring access and deletion requests for the visitor and lead data you control. You confirm you have the right to track the websites and phone numbers you connect.
Your data and ownership
You keep ownership of the data you and your visitors put into Local Wrangler. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data so we can provide the service to you, and to keep it secure.
For the visitor and lead data you collect, we act as your processor: we use it to provide the service to you and not for our own unrelated purposes. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Our intellectual property
Local Wrangler, including its software, design, and brand, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership in the service to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the product without obligation to you.
Third-party services
Local Wrangler connects to third-party tools you choose to integrate, such as advertising platforms, form builders, call and chat providers, and similar services. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You are responsible for the credentials you connect and for keeping those connections authorized.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, and change or discontinue parts of the service. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect you.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to fix the issue.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. We will make your data available for a reasonable period for export where feasible, after which it may be deleted, subject to the retention described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Attribution and analytics are estimates based on available signals; we do not warrant that every lead, source, or figure is complete or exact.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if you paid nothing.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs arising from your use of the service, your data, your tracking deployment, or your breach of these terms or of any law or third-party right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the company that operates Local Wrangler is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that location, unless the law gives you a non-waivable right to another venue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Local Wrangler after a change means you accept the updated terms.
