How matching works
How touches get tied to contacts and closed jobs.
Integrations bring touches in from outside your website. A call comes from your phone provider, a form can come from a form builder, and your CRM tells Local Wrangler when a job is booked or closed. Each touch carries identifying details like a phone number or email, which is how a call gets tied to a contact, and a contact to a closed job and its value.
Connect them from the Integrations page. They are grouped into four categories.
