One bounce rate, wherever you read it

Bounce rate now means the same thing everywhere: the Engagement tile on Analytics, the CSV export and a report you share all use one rule, the share of visits that did not engage. An engaged visit lasts more than 10 seconds, views more than one page, or becomes a lead.

Before, a report you shared could show a different bounce rate from your own dashboard for the same week. The two now match, and when there were no visits to measure, no figure is shown rather than a zero.

Find it by hovering the Engagement tile on Analytics, in the CSV export, and on shared reports.
