Follow up on submissions that arrived with no contact details
A form submission that arrives without an email or a phone number is not turned into a lead, because there would be nobody to call or write to. It is no longer out of sight: it now appears under Held Submissions with the reason No email or phone, and everything that was sent is shown so you can follow up yourself.
- Filter the list by All, Suspected bot or No contact details.
- Each row says why it was held: Looked like a bot or No email or phone.
- A suspected bot still has a Recover lead button, so a genuine enquiry that was held by mistake can be added to Leads.
Find it under Tracking, Held Submissions.
