Confirmation messages are back

When you save, delete, connect or disconnect something, a short message now confirms it, or tells you when it did not work. For a while these messages were not showing at all, so a failed save could look like a success.

You will see them across the app: on Leads, in Settings, and on Integrations when a connection succeeds or fails.
