Visitors and revenue bars now sit side by side

On the Pages and Traffic Sources panels of Analytics, the visitors bar and the revenue bar now sit side by side on each row, each to its own scale, so a row with no revenue shows one bar and the label stays where you expect it. Before, the two bars were stacked and the fill could float above the row.

The toggle between visitors and revenue still decides the printed number and the order, and hovering a row still shows both values.
